Betty Hicks, LPGA
Born November 16, 1920 in Long Beach CA. Betty is a and member of the LPGA and won two events which are now classified as LPGA major championships. She was Associated Press Female Athlete of the Year in 1941, in 1999 she won the Ellen Griffin Rolex award for her years of effort in helping the LPGA grow and in teaching the game of golf Betty was one of the LPGA T&CP Division Founding Members

Pat Lange, LPGA T&CP
An LPGA member since 1965 is highly respected by her peers for her extensive knowledge about golf equipment and clubfitting. Pat conducts seminars for the PGA and LPGA. She has also authored many articles on clubmaking and golf instruction. Voted LPGA National Professional of the Year in 1989, one of the first fifteen LPGA Master Professionals; nominated LPGA Teaching Pro of the Year five times; received the Colorado Sportswomen Leadership Award; and was inducted into the Colorado Golf Hall of Fame. |

Sandara Palmer, LPGA
Sandra became a member of the LPGA Tour in 1964. She won nineteen events on the Tour, and also several other professional events, including some as a senior. Her two wins in major championships came at the 1972 Titleholders Championship and the 1975 U.S. Women's Open. She topped the money list for 1975 and was awarded the LPGA Player of the Year title. Her ten top ten finishes on the money list came in ten straight years from 1968 to 1977. She played her last event on the Tour in 1997. |

Penny Zavichas,
LPGA T&CP
In 1967, Zavichas became a Class A member of the LPGA T&CP Division, earned her LPGA master professional status in 1978, and has since increased her membership status to master life. Zavichas, who has taught golf for more than 30 years, has long been recognized for her expertise in teaching. Her achievements and accolades include: LPGA National Teacher of the Year (1973); the Pueblo (Colo.) Image Award (1988); and the LPGA Central Section Teacher of the Year (1992). She has been inducted into the "BIG BABE" Hall of Fame in New York (1992) and the Colorado Golf Hall of Fame (1996). |

Lori West, LPGA
Started playing golf in 1978 after college. Joined the LPGA Tour in 1983. Best finish on LPGA Tour was 2nd in Hershey, PA. Has won two events on the Women's Senior Golf Tour. Voted funniest on tour (if they had a vote). Has had 14 holes-in-one - biggest prize for hole-in-one was $5,000 cash during a Monday outing in Wisconsin. Loves to fly fish for trout, longboard surf in California and Hawaii. Snorkle. Eat, drink and laugh a lot! |

Deb Vangellow is the Director of Instruction at Sweetwater Country Club in Houston. She is a LPGA Central Section Teacher of the Year and is both a GOLF Magazine “Top Teacher” and a GFW “Top 50” teacher. An educator/coach who offers wellness-based developmental programming integrated into her “Balanced Golf” philosophy. |

Cindy Miller, LPGA T&CP
Has served as Vice President of the Northeast Section and won both the LPGA northeast and swoutheast section championships. Cindy plays on the Legends tour. Cindy was named to the top 50 teachers in the country by GFW and voted by her peers as the LPGA Teacher of the Year. |

Charlie Lanzetta
Charlie Lanzetta, director of golf operations for Rockland (Mass.) Golf Club has been named the winner of the 2001 Junior Golf Leader Award. Lanzetta is the first member of the New England PGA Section to receive the PGA Junior Golf Leader Award. Charlie is a PGA Rules Committee member since 1984 and works many of the PGA events as a rules official. Charlie has been providing Tee Time with PGA Rules of Golf for several years. |

Annette Thompson

A Master Teaching and Club Professional of the LPGA. Annete was a college professor at Vassar and Smith and for ten years at Penn State, where she coached the women’s golf team. She was national president, and Teacher of the Year of the LPGA’s T&CP division. Annette was selected as one of Golf for Women Magazine’s Top 50 Teachers. Annete currently is a teaching professional at Ballen Isles Country Club in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Annette is the recipient of the 2002 Ellen Griffin Rolex Award. In 2006 she became the 12th member of the LPGA Teaching & Club Professionals Hall of Fame. |
